Remember, you can swim FREE in your birthday month!

Happy birthday to you! In whatever month your birthday falls, you can swim free with us to celebrate! Just let us know it's your birthday month and your swim is free! Since we don't have a swim in December, those with a birthday that month can decide on a free swim either in November or January.

There have been rare occasions when the swim time and/or date have been moved at the last minute due to a scheduling conflict at the swim facility. For this reason, we encourage you to sign up on our mailing list, Twitter, or Facebook account. Any last-minute swim time/date changes will be broadcast via those methods.

Swims are held at an indoor, heated facility. Please shower before entering the pool to reduce the amount of bacteria entering the pool.

Bring a towel. Leave any valuables in your car or at home. No lockers are provided.

All are welcome -- singles, couples, and families of any race or persuasion. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

First timers must contact the club for swim facility address and driving information. Provide full name, city, state of residence, and prior experience with social nudism. Give names of any clubs or resorts you have visited that can provide a reference. Be prepared to show photo ID when you arrive at the swim. If you do not provide sufficient information, you will not be given the address. We do this for everyone's safety.

This is a family-friendly nudist organization and NO sexual displays will be tolerated at ANY Heartland Naturists event.

Alcohol is not permitted in the swim facility.
