This event is open to eligible members and non-members.

Eligibility Requirements

All attendees must meet the eligibility requirements of the organization, including the completion of a background check. After registering, non-members will be emailed a background check form that must be completed. Should the organization determine that you are ineligible to attend based on the background check or other eligibility criteria, you will be provided with a full refund. Failure to respond to our request for additional information will waive any refund. By registering for the event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Grounds fees/daily fees, overnight fees, and meals are included in any pass you purchase. (except for Thursday night Potluck)

Daily Activities

Please note: All activities are hosted by Volunteers. All activities are subject to change with/without notice. Heartland Naturists organization is NOT responsible or liable for any change in schedule.

Pool, hot tub, and shaded walking trails – Access begins any time after check-in and the pool and hot tub stay open until midnight.  Sandy Lane Club members will build bonfires and have luminary walks nightly.  Open Games at the Club House, Pavilion & Campground are available each day, all day. The Souvenir and Bare Essentials Tent is open daily.

Photo Booth – Available during check-in times daily for BEFORE photos and for AFTER photos when leaving the festival. Backdrop, accessories, props provided.  Visitors must use their own phone/camera.  Please read and adhere to this important notice:    This is a “Naturists’ / Attendees’ Choice” Photo Booth. Taking photos without explicit permission from the human photo subjects is prohibited.  Violators must leave the campground per Sandy Lane Club rules.

THURSDAY, JULY 10

Event Rules (Click to expand)

1. Conduct will be in a manner that requires no apology.
2. Sandy Lane Club is a family-friendly nudist club, and we welcome families with children. Behavior and language should always be above reproach.
3. Public sexual activity, mate swapping or “swinging”, is not tolerated and, if found guilty of this infraction, will lead to expulsion from the grounds. Displays of affection (PDAs) should be limited to what is commonly accepted in other public venues, such as your local supermarket.
4. Nudity is the practice on club grounds. Members are to be nude when weather and health permit. For good health practices, members and guests should sit on towels. Please be reasonably covered when in view of the road.
5. Parents are responsible for the proper safety and conduct of their own children. Minor children not accompanied by their parent/legal guardian/custodial parent will need a notarized consent from the parent/legal guardian/custodial parent giving permission to visit Sandy Lane Club and participate in activities. Forms are available from the office or via the SLC website.
6. In order to provide a safe environment, children under the age of 14 will need to be accompanied by an adult while in the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and clubhouse.7. Please shower before using the swimming pool or hot tub. There is NO LIFEGUARD for the pool. No running around or diving into the pool. No food, drinks, or smoking while in the pool. No glass containers on the pool deck, or in the pool, hot tub, or sauna. When you are not in the pool, please remove all floats and water toys and place them in the deck equipment corner.
8. No member or guest shall in any way harass or intimidate a member or guest while on the grounds of Sandy Lane Club. This may result in the offender being immediately removed from the grounds and suspension or expulsion from the Sandy Lane Club. There will be no reimbursement of fees.
9. Illegal substances, as defined by current State of Kansas law, are not allowed on the grounds. This may result in the offender being immediately removed from the grounds and suspension/expulsion from the Sandy Lane Club. There will be no reimbursement of fees.
10. The use of camera or video equipment is prohibited on Club grounds; exceptions only  for Photo Booth per conditions posted on Heartland Naturists website, by permission of the Board of Directors.
11. Pets are to be confined on the owner’s lot or on a leash when being walked or in the pavilion area. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
12. Quiet hours are midnight to 8:00 a.m. Please respect quiet hours.
13. No Smoking in Club-owned buildings, including rental cabins.
14. All garbage is to be put in the dumpster near the gate. No outdoor burning of trash is allowed without permission from the Board of Directors. Reno County fire bans for campsites or fire rings are announced, and compliance is required.
15. An expression of care for others and our surroundings is appreciated. A good way to do this is to keep areas clean, mowed, and free of any trash and debris. Please clean up after yourself when using all shared buildings or outside areas. The members volunteer time to care for common grounds and buildings. They are also responsible for the upkeep of their campers/trailers on rented lots.
16. All organizational policies and rules for The Heartland Naturists and Sandy Lane Club apply.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All ticket purchases are final. Except due to ineligibility, an act of God or other force majeure event, there will be no refunds.    Cancellations under any other circumstances will not be accepted. Should the event be canceled by the organization, the maximum liability of the organization shall be limited to a refund of the ticket price paid by the participant. In the event of any change in the schedule or other alterations to the event, no refunds will be issued. All participants must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by Sandy Lane Club, as listed in the Event Rules section. In the event that a participant is unable to meet these requirements or comply with the rules, no refunds will be provided. By registering for the event, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all eligibility criteria and rules of Sandy Lane Club and Heartland Naturists.
