How Do I Join?

Step 1:

Complete our form at the bottom of this page.

Step 2:

Our Board will run a background check. It typically takes anywhere from a few days to a week or two. When it’s complete we will invite you to attend a swim or upcoming event.

Step 3:

Attend a Swim

This is our opportunity to meet you and for you to get to know us. We will invite you to a couple of our upcoming swims, and we look forward to getting to know you. After each swim, we will have a small group that goes out to eat. Typically, it’s at a member’s house.

Step 4:

After attending a few events, with no objections from board members, you will be invited to join and continue to participate.

Attending 2-3 events prior to membership is customary. We do ask everyone to join as soon as you’re ready.

Safety and Privacy

Safety and privacy are important to everyone. We do not share, distribute, or transfer your information. We use it to perform background checks on anyone who requests admittance to our events before they can attend. We do this for the safety, comfort, and peace of mind of our members and guests, including you.

We reserve the right to deny membership and access for any or no reason. Most of the time we deny to anyone we deem a threat to others or to the safe, comfortable, and friendly environment we provide.

We typically deny membership to anyone on the National Sex Offender Registry, anyone with an active Felony conviction, and anyone whose behavior does not align with our values. Several of our members are in law enforcement and cannot associate with individuals convicted of most types of felonies.
