Our October swim will be our Breast Cancer Awareness Month benefit skinny dip. At that swim, women swim free, including first-timers, so make sure to invite your lady friends to join us to help donate to a good cause while having a great time.

Donations will be collected and 100% of those will be sent to the National Breast Cancer Foundation in a single check from the Heartland Naturists, along with a letter of support from our board. Your gift will help provide screenings for those unable to afford them on their own. They also provide educational programs for high school- and college-age women so they can know the signs of breast cancer and their options if they are diagnosed. This event is a monthly swim at an indoor heated pool in the Shawnee Mission area. Exact location is only given to those approved by the HN board after passing a background check. Anyone interested should email us to request admittance.

The swims are a great way to introduce people to social nudism. Those anxious about being nude in front of others can “hide” under the water to get your feet wet (pun intended). Ages at the swims can range from infants to those in their 80’s, many couples, and all backgrounds.

We are not a dating or swinger organization. Do not show up expecting to find someone to date or hook up with. You will be asked to leave. See our guidelines for behavior on our website for the environment we provide at our events.

No food, drinks, or smoking allowed in the facility. Absolutely no photography. Bring your own towel, government-issued photo ID, and leave valuables at home. No lockers are provided.
